Both divisions are independent organizational units, created to support strategic business activities and to manage Colin’s beneficial network of relationships with their stakeholders. The Think Factory Division is responsible for the creation, coordination and implementation of distinct educational paths for both companies and organizations, based on specific objectives. This custom design not only promotes a greater awareness of the company amongst the management, but also increases the accountability of work teams, thus resulting in the improvement of individuals’ abilities to achieve business goals.
The Communication Division plays a strategic role, primarily regarding the relationships between Colin and their stakeholders; managing all external relations related to the Partners, Associations and the publishing world. In addition to supporting the Leadership team, this Division contributes to the design and development of transversal communication plans, organizes and manages events and has editorial responsibility for Colin & Partner’s website.
There is a strong synergy between these two single Units, which allows Colin & Partners to develop action plans related to sector issues, through events organized by the Company itself as well as by third parties.
